Dear Friends of Crossroads,
Thank you—partners and friends—for making a difference now and for eternity in the lives of the elderly that God has entrusted to us. I am thrilled to report that miracles are happening, lives are being changed, hope is being renewed and opportunities are opening for us to serve others. The residents are hungry to see God and to know that He loves them and has not forgotten them. Allow me to share with you some of the impact that God is having in the lives of others because of you and Crossroads: • One of our favorite ladies who’s always in Sunday service and Bible studies began to feel bad so we prayed with her several times. When we went in to do a Sunday service, she had passed away but they said she had a huge smile on her face. We were so thankful that we had the opportunity to minister to her every week. • Two chaplains have led several people to the Lord in the past few weeks. The residents have been faithful to attend Sunday services since they accepted the Lord. We are excited to unveil our new logo as well as sharing information about our GPS (Geriatric Placement Service) Project with you and the community at our upcoming banquet on October 9th. The event will give you, your church, your business or organization an opportunity to see how you can join hands with God and reach the lost, lonely and forgotten living in our communities’ care centers. The harvest is indeed white and ripe, but we need your help to reap them for Christ. I look forward to seeing you at the banquet and having the opportunity to share additional testimonies with you. Each table sponsor will be recognized in our invitation program and receive banquet seating for four to eight guests (see enclosed reply form). If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 719-635-5767. I hope you’re ready to partner with Crossroads and support this special event. Imagine how you will feel knowing you are helping to reach these precious forgotten ones. Let’s join together and show them Christ!
